This is a public group workshop which can also be adapted for a private individual or group workshop.

The Root Chakra is our centre of Beingness, Physicality, and Rootedness. It governs our energy levels and vitality, our will to live and thrive in this physical life, and is related to issues of the spine, hip, legs, adrenals and eliminatory organs.

The Root Chakra also helps us to manifest our material needs – whether it’s finding a job or attracting wealth, amassing possessions or assets, or being supported by people and all sorts of earthly resources.

This is a foundational chakra, allowing us to build a life here, to materialise our ideas into physical reality, and to create heaven on earth – because Spirituality is also about honouring all aspects of our Physicality, and not disregarding or belittling it.

Come join me as I take you through this ceremony to:

• Release the blocks draining you of your vitality and zest for life

• Heal your “root” causes with the divinities who help you to be fearless

• Empower your manifestation centre to attract the right people, resources and situations for your life

​What you will need to do:

• Dress comfortably. You will need to lie down at one part.

• Bring a shawl or sweater if you get cold.

• Bring a small hand-carry bag as there may be items to take home.

• Come with an open and honest state of mind with regard to all your issues of physical life.

Locations in Singapore:

• At your own residence or office. I am willing to travel. Please make sure you have a conducive space for the setting up of a centrepiece, and for you to lie down comfortably. Additional transport fees may apply depending on location.​

• At a holistic centre. I can book a private healing room. Do note that additional fees may apply for the room.
